Yoga Nidra with Jenna

Yoga Nidra, or 'yoga sleep,' is a practice of deep rest and nourishment. In this 75-minute pop up class, Jenna will present the theory of this meditative practice before inviting you to settle into a heavily supported savasana and then deeper still into the state of awareness that is Yoga Nidra. This effortless state of awareness creates space for deep healing, enhancement of creativity, connection to one's inner voice, and an uncovering of one's inherent freedom. It is suitable for all practitioners and all are whole-heartedly welcome!

Be sure to bring some cozy props to support your most free and sustainable savasana. Dress warmly and consider bringing a blanket, pillow and bolster in addition to your yoga mat. Props will be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.

Heart Centered: Gentle Movement, Yin & Sound Immersion with Kara

Join Kara for a transformative journey where gentle movement, heart-opening yin poses, and the healing vibrations of a sound bath come together for a deeply restorative Valentine’s Day themed experience. We will begin with slow mindful movement, guiding the body into heart-opening postures to release tension and invite space for love and compassion. 

The practice will flow seamlessly into a nourishing yin sequence, allowing you to soften and surrender into the present moment. As you settle into stillness, Kara will guide you into a 40-minute sound immersion experience featuring the soothing tones of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain sticks, and other healing instruments. We will close the session together with a heart-lead meditation, grounding you in a space of peace, love and clarity. Bring a friend, a loved one, or just yourself!

Roll & Restore with Wendy

Join Wendy, a certified Roll Model Method Practitioner, and learn how to unwind and relax using massage therapy balls. In this class you will learn to use 2 types of Tune Up Fitness balls to relieve aches and pains, release tension and increase mobility.

This class will empower you to address your areas of pain and tension through soft tissue massage. The amazing benefits of soft tissue massage will be available to you anytime you need it!

What to expect: We’ll start class with a short centering practice before we begin to roll. We will focus on the back and hip flexors. This is a mat class so you need to be able to get up and down off the floor. We’ll close the practice with savasana.

We will use the original Yoga Tune Up therapy balls (these balls are required and can be purchased at the studio if you don’t already have a pair). We will also be using the Tune Up Fitness Coregeous ball (these will be provided for use during the class). If you prefer you can buy your own Coregeous ball visit www.tuneupfitness.com

Members: $35 or $50 (including YTU therapy balls)

Non-Members: $45 or $60 (including YTU therapy balls)
