Yoga Nidra, or 'yoga sleep,' is a practice of deep rest and nourishment. In this 75-minute pop up class, Jenna will present the theory of this meditative practice before inviting you to settle into a heavily supported savasana and then deeper still into the state of awareness that is Yoga Nidra. This effortless state of awareness creates space for deep healing, enhancement of creativity, connection to one's inner voice, and an uncovering of one's inherent freedom. It is suitable for all practitioners and all are whole-heartedly welcome!
Be sure to bring some cozy props to support your most free and sustainable savasana. Dress warmly and consider bringing a blanket, pillow and bolster in addition to your yoga mat. Props will be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.
