● Yoga mat
● Props
For Restorative and Restore/Meditate classes, we recommend bringing a bolster (or a big pillow), a block, and/or a blanket.
For Beginner class, we recommend bringing two blocks and a strap.
● A smile - not required, but always welcome.
Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before class. If you do not show up for your reserved spot, then it may be given to a standby student.
