I love the way I feel when I practice yoga- beautiful, joyful and strong. To me, yoga is the perfect blend of moving my body, gentling the mind and uplifting my spirit. Having worked for years as a CPS and adoptions social worker, teaching yoga has been a natural extension of wanting to help others find their own sense of peace, healing and stillness. I love it when I can see a new student connect with yoga for the first time!

My current obsession is teaching a fun, varied vinyasa flow with creative sequences and eclectic music and I have also fall in love more recently with Yin Yoga. At home, I am married with five kids ranging in age from 17-27 and life is vibrant on our two acres with four dogs and four cats. In my spare time I love reading, writing, mediation, walking, traveling and hiking.
