Yoga for the Perinatal Journey: Supporting Every Stage

This 8-hour module dives deep into the power and potential of yoga during the perinatal period, encompassing conception, pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, and postpartum. Through lecture, discussion, and practice, participants will explore how yoga can support the unfolding of this unique journey. Key topics include connecting to the womb, practicing yoga (asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation) throughout the ‘Four Trimesters,’ embracing the power of rest with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and preparing for labor with yoga techniques.
